The State of H.O.P.E. presents Elder Care: Options Beyond the Nursing Home--Rescheduled

Join Hon. Kemp Hannon for the tenth installment of the State of H.O.P.E. (Healthcare Opportunities and Policy Exchange) signature event series at Hofstra University’s School of Health Professions and Human Services. This panel of experts will discuss elder care and the options facing patients beyond the nursing home. Panelists will explore various topics including how to take care of the elderly if nursing homes are not available, best practices and experiences for the elderly outside of the nursing home, and quality of life.
