Tulips and Trees Tour

We cordially invite students and their parents and families to attend our beautiful free spring family event. Director of Grounds Fred Soviero and Assistant Director of the Grounds Mike Runkel will lead an outdoor tour of the Hofstra's Arboretum in full spring bloom. Fred has led the Arboretum tours for more than 30 years and has landscaped much of Hofstra’s grounds. You will see many varieties of tulips and trees in their spring splendor. The tour will include a dedication ceremony for Hofstra Family Garden, a new garden dedicated to “Hofstra parents -- past, present & future.” Prior to the tour, at 1:30 p.m., your family will have an opportunity to have a professional photo taken by our University photographer. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL VISITORS MUST COMPLETE THE MANDATORY HEALTH SCREENING PRIOR TO COMING TO CAMPUS AT https://www.hofstra.edu/safe-start/visitors.html .

IN ADDITION, ALL VISITORS MUST FOLLOW HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS LISTED ON THE SAFE START PAGE: https://www.hofstra.edu/safe-start/.

At this time, registration for this event is closed. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email parents@hofstra.edu.
