A Guided Meditation

Join us in this interactive event co hosted by the Health and Wellness Club and Eta Sigma Gamma Honor Society. This event will take place on Monday, April 12th, 2021 and will highlight how mindfulness, appreciation, and meditation can be incorporated into your daily life. By focusing on your state of mind you can achieve mindful meditation in unexpected ways and use it to build resilience.
