Exploring Resilience with Art Therapy Through Mindfulness Doodles

Join us in this interactive event created by the Creative Arts Therapy Club (CATCH Club). This event will feature speakers Kristen Ryan and Allison Viator. They will discuss what art therapy is and how it can be used to build resilience. Afterwards, there will be an interactive portion where participants will learn how to channel mindfulness with doodling. To participate please have paper and a black pen or marker available when you join.
