Tools and Resources for Healthy Movement to Promote Mental, Emotional, and Physical Wellbeing

The Exercise is Medicine Club has created a program of movement or 're-charge' sessions. These sessions will include information on topics such as the benefits of being physically active for overall wellness, staying active on a budget, creative home-based exercise approaches, ideas on how to exercise socially and safely, and credible online and social media resources on exercise recommendations and training programs. Please come join us at 6:15 p.m. each weekday evening through April 15th.

PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
