COVID-19 Innovation Prize - Proposals Due

Do you have a scalable innovation or business idea that will support our community’s recovery from the pandemic?

Hofstra University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, along with Northwell Health, Digital Remedy, and Harris Beach PLLC, are seeking proposals for the 2021 COVID-19 Innovation Prize as part of the Hofstra-Digital Remedy Venture Challenge.

To submit a proposal for the COVID-19 Innovation Prize, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• Full- or part-time Hofstra student, accepted student, or alum from December 2019, May 2020, or December 2020

• Currently teaching full- or part-time Hofstra University faculty member

• Full- or part-time Hofstra University employee

• Full- or part-time Northwell Health employee

 

There is $12,500 in total prize funding to implement the innovation. Proposals are due April 1, 2021 and can be submitted at www.hofstra.edu/covidinnovation.

The COVID-19 Innovation Prize funding is sponsored by Northwell Health, Digital Remedy, and Harris Beach PLLC.

Submit Your Hofstra Event
PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
