During Tough Times, Be Kind

This event will elaborate on the vision of building resilience by showing us how to improve resilience using positive self-talk.

Co-hosted by the Association of Students in the Counseling Professions. 

 

Part of our new Spring Semester Series of Building Resilience: 2020 Vision, in partnership with @hofhphs. We have a lineup of training events through February, March, April and May, to help advance mental well-being through the challenges adverse events of the pandemic have constituted.
