Finding Resiliency while Navigating the Effects of 2020

Panel discussion and mental health resiliency training featuring Jamie S. Mitus, Ph.D., CRC, LMHC, LCPC, Associate Professor of Counseling and Mental Health Professions, Chair, Keith Scott, Adjunct Instructor of Health Professions at Hofstra University, and Sage. E. Rose, Ph.D, Associate Professor of Counseling and Mental Health Professions. This event will be held via Zoom. 

Please join us as we kick start our new Spring Semester Series of Building Resilience: 2020 Vision, in partnership with @hofhphs. We have a lineup of training events through February, March, April and May, to help advance mental well-being through the challenges adverse events of the pandemic have constituted. 

Our first Event will be on “Finding Resiliency while Navigating the Effects from 2020”. Which offers training on Mental Resilience and Dealing with Trauma.

Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students.
