An offering from the Zarb School, for the Entire Hofstra Community

These sessions emphasize ancient wisdom on deep breathing and meditation practice, designed to enhance pure awareness and bring ease and balance to the mind and body For students, staff and faculty - no previous experience necessary, come whenever you can.  

The facilitator is Professor Charles Smith who has been teaching meditation and mindfulness for many years. He is the co-author with Felicia Norton of the meditation book An Emerald Earth, Cultivating a Natural Spirituality.

Thursdays 5:00 to 5:45 PM, beginning Feb 11.

Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
