Hofstra University IO Psychology presents Seminar on Inclusion. These will be topics discussed by the three external speakers:

    • How to Ensure Inclusiveness in Assessment
    • The Engaging Leader Model: How Leaders Drive Engagement and Inclusion

Comila Shahani-Denning, Ph.D.
Program Director, Hofstra M.A. in I-O Psychology
Primary area of research involves examining biases in selection decision-making

Nicholas Salter, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of I-O Psychology
Specializes in studying issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
