School of Medicine: Myers Briggs/Introvert-Extrovert Event

This event will focus on challenges/strengths for introverts & extroverts in 3rd and 4th year and our wellness committee had the idea of creating a survey to be completed by students from the MS3 and MS4 classes, to address the following:

1. Where the MS3 class and MS4 class lie on the spectrum of extroversion and introversion. Questions will be based on Myers-Briggs.
2. What were expected and unexpected challenges of 3rd year.
3. What was most/least challenging aspect of your rotations?

This may be helpful data to have prior to the event so we know what to focus on based on the needs, interests, and feedback of our students.
