Be Kind to Your Mind

African Student Association at Hofstra University has partnered with St. John's University to dedicate the last day of Suicide Prevention & Awareness month by having an open discussion on important topics such as anxiety disorder, depression, panic attacks, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Participants will have the floor to discuss their personal opinions and experiences surrounding mental illness, all voices will be heard and all points of view will be respected. Everyone is welcome to join the zoom meeting. Please feel free to contact Hofstraasa@gmail.com if you have any further questions and follow @hofstra__asa on Instagram to stay updated on our future events. We hope to see you there!
