Breaking the Stigma: Dealing with Culture Shock and Mental Health Concerns

This workshop will address difficulties that international students may face when living in the U.S. Discussion topics will include how to identify signs of mental health concerns (such as anxiety and depression), coping strategies for stress, and helpful resources to access local support.

Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students.
