In this conversation with Malika Hall '15, Brick and Mortar vs. E- Commerce: Will both survive the new cosmetic consumer market? will be explored.  This in-depth look at COVID-19’s disruptive influence on the evolution of the cosmetic consumer market includes a discussion of the transformational way that the brick and mortar/ e-commerce hybrid model is being leveraged in the China market, as well the key technology that will be usedin limited brick and mortar to reduce contact and improve consumer experience.

Ms. Hall is the Global Brand Supply Chain Manager -Bobbi Brown at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. She is a 2015 graduate of the DeMatteis School's industrial engineering program, and a member of its Engineering Advisory Board.
