About Renae Valdes

Renae is a Top ranked executive level brand builder & marketing instructor.  She has over 2 decades of experience across multiple areas of Brand, Shopper, and Social Media experience.

Her career started in CPG brand marketing leading large billion-dollar brands where she delivered breakthrough marketing strategies that led to strong business results. Her training comes from Industry Leaders like Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Kraft Heinz and Diageo just to name a few.

She has a unique blend of marketing skills that has given her a deep understanding of consumer and shopper mindsets. Ultimately that has helped her to understand key brand gaps. Renae resides in the San Francisco Bay area, where she currently help brands, startups, and companies shape their profile & digital identity.

She also continues to help many brands build their identity and navigate thru our current market to be more consumer centric. Currently she teaches part time for UC Berkeley International Extension program where she gives instruction on key marketing courses.

You can follow Renae’s Podcast called Brand Marketing Confessions where she hosts a weekly Podcast about marketing to inspire her community, students, business owners and entrepreneurs.

She holds an MBA in International Marketing as well as BA in Communication Arts from University of Cincinnati. Online post degree training certification for marketing skills from Harvard University.

PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
