Jaime Gabriel, VP and Head of Talent

Jaime Gabriel joined Altice USA in April of 2017 as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for all of the corporate functions at Altice USA. Over her first year, she added additional groups including Information Technologies, Engineering, News12, i24 and a4 Media. Her primary focus was aiding senior leadership with organizational design, change management and developing a people strategy for each business unit. In January of 2019, Jaime took a rotational role as the VP and Head of Talent overseeing Recruiting, Training, Development, Performance Management, Engagement, Retention, Recognition and Systems Administration. Prior to joining Altice USA, she was the Associate Executive Director of Human Resources and Patient Experience at Glen Cove Hospital at Northwell Health. Before that, Jaime supported multiple groups at American Express as an HR Business Partner.

Christine Rogers, Director-Talent Acquisition

Christine joined Altice USA in May 2019 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. She oversees recruitment for all of Altice USA including Campus and Emerging Talent programs. Her primary focus over the first year has been building out a best in class recruitment team, experience, and streamlining all recruitment related processes. Prior to joining Altice USA, Christine worked for Allegis Global Solutions as the Director of Talent Acquisition for multiple Fortune 500 companies. A primary focus with many clients was developing recruitment go-to-market strategies to assist with client expansions. She has managed large onshore and offshore recruitment teams with a focus on ensuring superior client satisfaction.  

Kelly Shields, Manager-Campus Recruiting

Kelly Shields joined Cablevision (predecessor to Altice USA) in April 2015 as a senior recruiter for campus programs. In 2018, she took on the lead role as Manager of Campus Recruitment with responsibility for all campus and entry-level programs and recruiting for Altice USA. She has recruited and managed campus programs for nearly every group across the organization working to build strong, diverse talent pipelines to support the growth and success of the business. Prior to joining Altice USA, she was part of the Graduate Recruitment and Program Management team at Citi focusing on hiring Operations and Technology talent.

Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
