COVID-19 Webinar with Dr. Anthony Santella

Dr. Anthony Santella, associate professor of public health and an infectious disease expert at Hofstra, is offering live webinars exclusively for Hofstra students to increase understanding about the growing COVID-19 pandemic, with information covering the virus’ origins, signs and symptoms, minimizing risk, the importance of physical distancing, treatment and vaccines, xenophobia/racism, mental health/coping resources, and government/policy responses among other topics.  Each session is one hour and includes a live Q&A.

The webinars will be offered on Fridays: April 3 at 1 p.m. and April 10 at 3 p.m.

PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
