What Every High School Student Needs to Know about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) webinar
Two free hour long webinars have been developed and will be led by a Public Health Infectious Disease Expert, Dr. Anthony Santella of Hofstra University. One for elementary/middle school students and the other for high school students. While the primary audience are children and youth, parents/guardians, teachers, counselors, school administrators, and anyone who is interested in getting information on the novel coronavirus or COVID-19 is welcome to join. The webinar will use medically accurate and age appropriate content. The content will focus on the science and public health along with frequently asked questions about how the coronavirus impacts things that matter to youth and adolescents. Webinar log in details will be sent 1 day before the webinar.
