Colleen Beirne
Product Management Specialist, U.S. Beauty and Footwear
The NPD Group

Colleen Beirne is a Product Management Specialist at The NPD Group, primarily focusing on the US Footwear and Beauty industries for the last three years. During this time, she has used retail data and analytics to partner with manufacturers across the globe to help them make better informed and more strategic business decisions. She began her career with NPD in 2017 immediately upon graduating from Hofstra with a BBA in Marketing and a minor in Information Technology. She continues her education at Zarb today and will be obtaining her MS degree in Business Analytics in May 2020.


Nicole Chaplin
Manager, Sports and Entertainment Sales
The Madison Square Garden Company. 

Nicole Chaplin is a Manager on the Sports and Entertainment Sales Team in the Marketing Partnerships group at The Madison Square Garden Company. Her role is to generate innovative sponsorships platforms in partnership with top brands to amplify their marketing objectives. Her work spans across the 30+ properties that make up Madison Square Garden’s Portfolio including the Knicks, Rangers, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The Madison Square Garden Concert Series, Boston Calling Music Festival,and more. Academically, Nicole attended the Frank G. Zarb Business School at Hofstra University graduating from the Honors College with her BBA in 2016. In 2017, Nicole went on to complete her MBA with distinction at Hofstra with a focus in Sports and Entertainment Management.

Allison Roye
Private Bank Analyst 
J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

Allison Roye is a third year Analyst in the New York City office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She provides custom advisory services, including cross-asset class investment strategies and wealth diagnostics to a diverse group of corporate executives, business owners and charitable organizations. Allison is known for the comprehensive perspective she brings to guiding clients. Previously, she working with the J.P. Morgan Commercial Bank real estate group. In this role, she has experience working with some of the largest real estate business in New York City. Prior to that, she held wealth management roles at High Towers Advisory and UBS. Allison graduated with a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. She currently holds her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
