Students can visit our website for details on this exam:  http://www.hofstra.edu/academics/colleges/hclas/writing/wrtctr/wrtctr-proficiency-exam.html.

This semester, we will offer two-hour WPE workshops that correspond with each exam date, as well as two one-credit writing workshops (WSC 1T and WSC 2A) where students can learn strategies for crafting effective sentences and paragraphs.
