22nd Annual Irish Experience Festival

Hofstra's long-running Irish Festival celebrates the Irish gifts of music, food and culture to America. There will be music performances throughout the day, as well activities for children, and beverages, food and crafts for sale.
 
This year’s performers include the Black Velvet Band (11:30 a.m.), followed by the Tommy Mulvihill Band (1 p.m.) and the Donny Golden School of Dance (2:45 p.m.). The Black Velvet Band (3:30 p.m.) and the Hibernian Singers (4:15 p.m.) round out the program. Tony Jackson (WRHU, 88.7FM, Hofstra University) returns as Master of Ceremonies.
 
Admission is $6 and $5 for adults 65+. Children under 12 are free. Members of the Hofstra community receive one free admission upon presentation of a current HofstraCard.

PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
