Olympic Latin America: From Colonized Bodies to Neo-liberal Urbanization

Dr. Christopher Gaffney of New York University, a leading geographer of Latin America, will discuss the political legacy of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, the current far-right administration, and the damage done by mega-events like the World Cup.
