Zucker School of Medicine: IMPACcT Workshop
The IMPACcT (Improving Patient Access, Care, and Cost through Training) Primary Care Experience is a longitudinal program, open to students on an optional basis, that provides trainees with a mentored primary care experience integrating education and clinical skills focused on patient-centered care, quality improvement and population health in an interprofessional, team-based setting. Students apply to this program in their MS1 year and continue with the program through the entirety of their studies.
On Thursday, January 30, 2020 The Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell will be hosting the IMPACcT Workshop. This IMPACcT retreat will review core concenpts related to role clarification and collaboration in primary care teams. The event will be held from 1:00pm-6:00pm in rooms W104/W105/W106 of the School of Medicine.
