Zucker School of Medicine presents STUMPED
Join us for a special dramatic presentation of STUMPED, by Will Lautzenheiser. Will Lautzenheiser was a filmmaker and lecturer in film when, in the fall of 2011, an invasive group A strep infection sent him into septic shock and left him a quadruple amputee. In the fall of 2014, he underwent a double-arm transplant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. His journey through loss and restoration is the subject of the award-winning documentary Stumped. Lautzenheiser speaks regularly on disability, transplant, and patient issues.
