The State of H.O.P.E.: Healthcare Opportunities and Policy Exchange On the Social Determinants of Health

This inaugural event in The State of H.O.P.E. series is being facilitated by The Honorable Kemp Hannon. Kemp is a former New York State Senator who served the 6th District for over 30 years and recently joined Hofstra University’s School of Health Professions and Human Services as its Health Policy Fellow. Kemp, the faculty, and the Office of the Dean of the School of Health Professions and Human Services invite you to attend this lecture and discussion forum on the impact of the social determinants of health in clinical and policy settings. Specifically focusing on how policy creation influences the patient experience, and access to care, this event will seek to encourage the continued collaboration between policymakers, providers, and healthcare leaders on ensuring equitable access for all.
