Hofstra University Museum of Art presents 'Meet Me at the Museum' (For children ages 9-13)
Drop your child off at the museum for a fun morning looking at, talking about, and creating Pop Art. Students will engage in a hands-on art project led by Museum Educators. Create your own watercolor! --" Robert Indiana’s iconic LOVE print has been used for greeting cards and clothing designs, and has been recreated in the famous LOVE sculpture series. Indiana’s colorful LOVE prints have inspired artists for decades. We will be creating wax resist watercolors inspired by the late artist’s most acclaimed work. Limited to 20 participating children.

Time: 10 a.m.-noon *Check-in: 9:45
Location: Session will meet at the Emily Lowe Gallery, behind Emily Lowe Hall, South Campus

Fee: $10 per child. Admission is free for children of Museum members and Hofstra students/faculty/staff/PEIR members with a valid HofstraCard.
