Ash Wednesday Services

Join the Hofstra Interfaith Center for Ash Wednesday Services. Hofstra will welcome Bishop Barres, Bishop of the Diocese of Rockville Center, to celebrate mass at 3 p.m. If you are unable to go to any of these services or masses and would still like to receive ashes, University Catholic Chaplain Father Scolaro will be in the Student Center Atrium during the day to distribute ashes.

3:00 PM - Full Mass with the Bishop Barres

5:00 PM

9:00 PM - Full Mass

PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
