Collegiate Women of Color General Meeting

General Meeting for Collegiate Women of Color.

Collegiate Women of Color (CWC) is an organization that promotes education, unity, culture, and feminist ideals. CWC aims to create safe space for all by dismantling barriers and uniting people of all races, classes, sexual orientations and religions.

Collegiate Women of Color was launched in February of 2000 by two Hofstra students, Takita Mason and Tanisha Thompson. These women wanted to give students a forum where they could discuss issues such as racism, sexism, dating and relationships.
