Did I Make You Blush?: Normalizing 'Embarrassing' Sexual Topics

Did I Make You Blush?: Normalizing “Embarrassing” Sexual Topics with Anthony Santella, DrPH, MPH, MCHES
People need to feel comfortable in order to have open and honest conversations about sexuality and sexual health, yet young people often feel embarrassed discussing these topics. This workshop will summarize the literature on embarrassment around health discussions, and then work through case studies while brainstorming strategies to incorporate into daily practice.
If you are interested in attending the event or would like to ask a question anonymously in advance, please email StudentAdvocacy@hofstra.edu.
