Presenters:  Paul Jay, Founder of The Real News Network, Kayla Rivera, Associate Producer, The Real News Network and former Hofstra CCE Fellow
Contact: Prof. Martin Melkonian, Coordinator of Community Partnerships and Co-Director, International Scene Lecture Series, Hofstra University

Day of Dialogue is a day of workshops, panels, screenings and performances devoted to deliberation and reflection on some of the major issues that face our community, our nation, and the world. This year's theme "Born Free and Equal" is inspired by the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, "a milestone document in the history of human rights" according to the United Nations.

This all-day annual event presented by Hofstra's Center for Civic Engagement serves as an important forum for community engagement and participation. Students, faculty and community members are welcome.
