Suicide of the West: Can Democracy Survive? with Jonah Goldberg

At a moment when authoritarianism, tribalism, identity politics, nationalism, and cults of personality are rotting our democracy from within, Jonah Goldberg exposes the West’s suicidal tendencies on both sides of the aisle. He makes the case that America and other democracies are in peril because they have lost the will to defend their values and institutions that sustain freedom and prosperity. For the West to survive, Goldberg argues that we must renew our sense of gratitude for what our civilization has given us and rediscover our ideals.

Speaker Jonah Goldberg is a syndicated political columnist, National Review; Senior Editor, FOX News Contributor and bestselling author of The Secret History of the American Left, From Mussolini to the Politics of Change and his most recent book The Suicide of the West.
