Latinx Heritage Month: Film Screening and Panel Discussion Afro-Latinos: The Untaught History

Join us for a film screening and panel discussion of Afro-Latinos: The Untaught History, a documentary about an estimated 150 million Afro-descendants dispersed throughout Latin America who have been excluded from historical narratives, literature and academia. The Co- Director, Alicia Ana Santos will be on hand to discuss the film in depth, along with narratives from the lives of Afro-Latinx Faculty, Administration and Students.
