Engineering Summer Visit Day

We look forward to personally welcoming you to Hofstra University's Fred DeMatteis School of Engineering and Applied Science Summer Visit Day! 

During our DeMatteis School Summer Visit Day, you will have the opportunity to attend an admission information session as well as an academic overview, where you will learn about admission, scholarships and financial aid; and meet with a representative from the Department of Engineering in the DeMatteis School. You will learn more about the many opportunities available to students interested in a career in engineering, computer science or computer engineering.

Following your information session and academic overview, you will tour campus with one of our Pride Guides (student tour guides). During the tour you will experience what it is like to be a student and learn about the many ways Hofstra will set you up for success.

PARKING NOTICE

Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
