Development, Gentrification, and Housing for Recent Grads

It isn’t easy for new graduates on entry level salaries to find a place to live after college.   So, many migrate to neighborhoods with affordable housing.  What does that mean for their new neighbors?  Is it the beginning of gentrification? Can everyone get along?

In this unique event, two experts will discuss these questions. Then, to make it even more interesting, the world famous T2P2 Improv troupe will convert their conversation into hilarious improvisational theater experience which sets up a group discussion.

Real Issues.  Real conversations.  Real Funny
