Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day)

Six Hours for Six Million- - Hofstra students pay tribute to the six million Jewish people who perished in the Holocaust by reading aloud the names of the children who perished. Members of the faculty, staff, and administration participate in this solemn memorial vigil.
