Portfolios II: Offset Lithographic Prints

This is the second exhibition in a series that highlights portfolios of prints and photographs from the Hofstra University Museum’s permanent collections. For the portfolio on view, Offset Lithographic Prints, artists experimented using a commercial press for creating fine art prints. Works by Chuck Close, John Moore, Olga Moore, Italo Scanga, Salvatore Scarpitta, and Miriam Schapiro, among others, are included.

Funding has been provided by Sterling National Bank and the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
