Hofstra Volleyball vs. Towson

The Hofstra Volleyball team will conclude the home portion of its 2017 schedule this weekend when Towson and Delaware visit the David S. Mack Physical Education Center for a pair of Colonial Athletic Association matches.

On Friday, Hofstra will officially unveil the brand-new Hofstra Volleyball Facility Enhancement Project in the Mack PEC. The ceremony, which will include a visit from legendary former head coach Fran Kalafer, will begin at 6:45 p.m. The match against Towson will start at 7:15 p.m.

Sunday's 1 p.m. encounter with Delaware will be the final home match of the year and the Pride will honor its two seniors, Doris Bogoje and Paola Figueroa, in a pre-match ceremony.

There will be Pride Productions live video and audio of both matches as well as live statistics. Links to both can be found on this page as well as the volleyball schedule page at GoHofstra.com.

Hofstra (14-10, 6-4 CAA) is coming off a five-set win over UNCW on Sunday. The win ended a short three-match losing skid for the Pride and came at an important time in the schedule as the conference slate begins the second part of round robin play.

Hofstra is 43-15 all-time against Towson and 49-19 all-time against Delaware. The Pride defeated the Tigers in three sets back on September 29 and earned a four-set win over Delaware on October 1.
