Celebration of Scholarly Excellence virtual ceremony

The 2021 Celebration of Scholarly Excellence ceremony will be held virtually on May 21, 2021, at 3 p.m. Awards of academic excellence will be presented to members of the Class of 2021. In addition to the student awards, the Teacher of the Year Award recipients will be honored at this ceremony.

Carolyn Dudek, PhD, Professor and Chair of Political Science and Program Director of European Studies, has been named the 2021 Mentor of the Year, an annual award that honors outstanding faculty supervision of advanced undergraduate research. Dudek will be presented with the Mentor of the Year award at the Celebration of Scholarly Excellence virtual ceremony.
