Reputation and Crisis Management with Dr. Kara Alaimo

How should companies and other organizations communicate with the public, employees, and other important stakeholders during the Coronavirus? What should organizations do if they are attacked on social media now that experts liken such crises to heart attacks and warn that organizations must respond in minutes in order to save their reputations? How do you restore trust after a crisis?

Join us to learn more about key principles of reputation and crisis management in a Zoom session with Dr. Kara Alaimo, associate professor of public relations at Hofstra University.

Dr. Alaimo is a former communicator in the United Nations and Obama administration and has written about reputation management for outlets including Bloomberg and Harvard Business Review.
