Frank G. Zarb MBA/MS Consulting Group Applications Open

One of the most prestigious associations at the Frank G. Zarb Graduate Business School is the “Hofstra Business Consulting Group." HBCG is actively involved in providing consulting work for businesses in the NY metro area on a regular basis.  Students must apply to become a consultant, which provides them the opportunity to work on projects while they are in school. Consultants provide valuable business assistance, both analytical and technical free of charge.  Previous projects have included market research reports, competitive analysis, website UX analysis, updated marketing plans and development of new marketing materials.

HBCG consultants will meet virtually with the CEO of the company or companies they consult for to learn what problems or issues the consultants will need to solve. Consultants will then develop a scope of work and clear deliverable to be presented to the company. Upon approval, consultants will work through the fall and spring semester on these deliverables and will present their completed work to the company or companies in April 2021. Consultants will have access to the ideaHUb Incubator coordinator and Vice Dean for mentorship and support throughout the year.

HBCG provides the opportunity to:

-        Consult for a startup

-        Gain experience for your resume

-        Network with CEOs

-        Build a portfolio of client work

*HBCG are not  paid.
