Immigration Mic 100: A Live Podcast on DACA and Long Island

A live, in-studio presentation of the 100th episode of the acclaimed podcast Immigration Mic. Join Hofstra radio students and faculty, as well as activists, media-makers, and community leaders for this special live presentation on the podcast’s evolution and the opportunities created to participate in the national immigration conversation. The event will take place the day after the U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments in the case brought on by President Trump’s decision to terminate DACA.

Eliana Fernandez, Dreamer, Activist, and Lead Organizer at Make The Road
New York (Suffolk).
Daniella Vieira, singer/ performer, and DACA recipient featured on the Grammy Award-winning album ‘American Dreamers.’
Paula Chirinos, Hofstra University Senior, majoring in Public Relations, recipient of a prestigious New York Women in Communication Scholarship in 2019.
