Richard M. Frankel, Special Agent-in-Charge, Counterterrorism Division, N.Y. Field Office of the FBI and Former Associate Director of National Intelligence, will discuss FBI Counterterrorism Investigations -- From 9/11 to the Times Square Bomb Plot and the Westgate Kenya Mall Massacre.
