An interactive workshop designed to give college women the confidence and skills they need to earn fair compensation.  Over the course of her working life, a woman will earn roughly $1 million less than a man, simply because she is a woman. The Wage Project is a group that works to end the gender wage gap by teaching negotiating skills to women.
