Biomedical Lecture at the Med School Comments

The School of Medicine will be hosting Victoria Luine, PhD, of the Department of Psychology at Hunter College on November 27, for her lecture on “Stress Hormones and Estrogens: The Yin and Yang of Neural Function.” Dr. Luine’s research focuses on the effect of stress, both chronic and long-term, and its relationship to the release of glucocorticoids by the adrenal glands. 


This event will take place in the in the med school's Medical Education Theater, second floor, at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. All students and faculty are welcomed.
