Arnold Newman: Luminaries of the Twentieth Century in Art, Politics and Culture Comments

This is the final week to view Arnold Newman: Luminaries of the Twentieth Century in Art, Politics and Culture, an exhibition of photographic portraiture by Arnold Newman highlights the innovative minds and personalities that gave rise to the ideas and concepts that shaped the 20th century. Recognized as the “Father of Environmental Portraiture,” where the background is an integral part of the image, Newman was influenced by the school of modernism. His work has contributed to the transformation of what we know as the photographic portrait; his work is found in numerous international museums and collections.

This show is organized by art2art Circulating Exhibitions.
