Italian-American Experience Lecture Series: A Family That Eats Together Comments

The Hofstra Cultural Center presents its Fall 2013 Italian-American Experience Lecture Series with the theme Tutti a tavola! (Everyone to the table!) Essays on Italian American Food and Culture. The third lecture in the series of three lectures is  A Family That Eats Together: Immigrant Foodways and the Making of Italian Identities in America to be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 7 p.m.

The speaker is  Simone Cinotto, Assistant Professor of Contemporary History at  the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Pollenzo, Italy and the author of The Italian American Table: Food, Family, and Community in New York (Forthcoming, October 2013).

These lectures take place at the Guthart Cultural Center Theater, located on the first floor of the Axinn Library, South Campus.

Parking Notice

Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students.
