Fine Arts Student Art Show Comments

The annual show will feature more than 300 pieces of the finest artwork created by Hofstra students in painting, drawing, 3D, photography, design and new media. At the opening reception at 11:15 a.m. on May 8, awards will be handed out to recognize the finest student art work in a variety of categories. The Outside Juror Award will be judged by Alex Liebergesell, associate professor, Pratt Institute of Art and Design. The 2013 Hofstra University Student Art Show presented by the Department of Fine Arts and Art History will be held from May 8 - 13, 2013 in the Rosenberg Gallery at Calkins Hall.

Parking Notice
Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
