Summer Camps Hosts Open House at Nassau BOCES’ Barry Tech Comments

Hofstra Summer Camps is pleased to announce a partnership with Nassau BOCES to provide a variety of summer programs for students in grades 7-10. The new offerings--held at Nassau BOCES’ Barry Tech in Westbury--focus on career exploration in a variety of areas: culinary arts, criminal justice, aviation, veterinary medicine, personal trainer and fashion design. In order for students and parents to see the outstanding state-of-the-art facilities at Barry Tech, Hofstra Summer Camps will host an open house on Wednesday, March 20 at 6 p.m. at The Joseph M. Barry Career & Technical Education Center, 1196 Prospect Avenue in Westbury.

Parking Notice
Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
