American College Dance Festival Northeast Conference Comments

The Hofstra University Department of Drama and Dance will host the Northeast Regional Conference of the American College Dance Festival from March 25 to March 28. Forty Hofstra dance students will be joined by 450 dance students and 55 dance teachers who will visit from 25  different colleges. Students will participate in performances, workshops, panels, and master classes taught by instructors from around the region and country. In addition, participants may perform in 4 adjudicated and 1 informal concerts over the festival's 4 days.

 

This event is open to members of the American College Dance Festival Association. Festival activities are not open to the public.

Parking Notice
Hofstra University is pleased to have the public join us for some of our on-campus events, which are held for the benefit of our students. Please be aware, when attending events during the school year, when classes are in session, parking is often limited on South Campus to faculty and students. There is additional parking available on North Campus, approximately a 10-minute walk from Adams Playhouse, through the Student Center and over the unispan. Thank you for your cooperation.
