The Gitenstein Institute for Health Law and Policy presents a three-part CLE series: Moving the Needle: Navigating Disability Law in the Health Care Setting. This three-part series focuses on the needs and rights of people with disabilities who hope to work as caregivers as well as the needs and rights of the patients they serve. Join us as we explore the law and legal strategies, as well as ethical questions that may arise, when representing patients or clients with disabilities.
